- A 30-minute private video consultation with a doctor registered with the Malaysian Medical Council
- A review of your health history, current medicines, and weight history
- The doctor's decision on whether treatment is appropriate for you
- If treatment is right for you, your doctor will prescribe it and arrange payment and collection with you

We do not publish it here, because what is appropriate for you — and therefore what it costs — depends on the doctor's assessment. Your doctor will tell you the cost before you are asked to pay anything, and you are free to decide not to proceed.

Because what is appropriate for you depends on the doctor's assessment. Your doctor will tell you the cost before you are asked to pay, and you can decide not to go ahead.
Is the consultation fee refundable?
No. It is not refunded if the doctor decides treatment is not appropriate for you, or if you do not attend without rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance.
