Who this treatment is for
GLP-1 weight-loss injections are prescription medicines with real medical exclusions. This page explains who may be considered and who cannot be treated, so you can decide whether to go further.

Meeting these points does not mean treatment will be prescribed. Only a doctor can decide that, after speaking with you.
- You are an adult.
- You can collect your treatment from our clinic in Johor Bahru, or arrange a courier to collect it for you.
- Your weight is affecting your health, or you have tried to manage it without lasting results.
- You are willing to be assessed by a doctor and followed up over time.

Clinical assessment
The doctor makes the final decision
During your consultation the doctor reviews your full medical history, your current medicines, other conditions you may have, and what you have already tried. They may decide that this treatment is not appropriate for you, that you should be examined in person first, or that a different approach would suit you better.
The consultation is a medical assessment, not an automatic route to a prescription.
Practical reach
Getting your treatment
Treatment is dispensed at Klinik Lai in Setia Tropika, Johor Bahru. You can collect it in person, or arrange a same-day courier such as Grab or Lalamove to collect it for you and pay the courier directly.
It must be kept cool, so it cannot be sent by ordinary parcel post. If you are a long way from Johor Bahru, discuss with your doctor whether this is workable for you.
