How the programme works

Choose a date and a time slot. Consultations are 30 minutes and take place by video.

You will be asked for your name and email address so we can send you the appointment details.

The consultation fee is RM 80 — currently free for the first 100 patients.

You cannot choose a specific doctor. You are assigned a doctor who is available in the slot you selected. All of our doctors are registered with the Malaysian Medical Council.

If you need to change your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. If you do not attend and did not reschedule in time, the consultation fee is not refunded.

Your consultation is a private one-to-one video call with your assigned doctor.

The doctor will ask about your health history, current medicines, other conditions, and what you have already tried.

At the end of the consultation, the doctor decides one of two things:

• Treatment is appropriate for you. If treatment is right for you, your doctor will prescribe it and arrange payment and collection with you.
• Treatment is not appropriate for you. The doctor explains why. The consultation fee is not refunded, because the medical assessment has taken place.

If the doctor has prescribed treatment, they will explain the cost and arrange payment with you, and confirm when it will be ready to collect.

Your doctor decides the starting dose. Doses are usually increased gradually, and any change is decided by your doctor — never by you alone.

Your treatment is dispensed at Klinik Lai and packed in an insulated box with cooling packs, inside plain outer packaging that does not show what is inside.

You can collect it yourself, or arrange a same-day courier such as Grab or Lalamove to collect it for you. You book the courier and pay for it directly. It cannot be sent by ordinary parcel post, because it has to stay cool.

It is a once-weekly injection that you give yourself at home. You will be shown how to use it and how to store it. Store it as stated on the product label as soon as you get it home.
